Graduating from Moscow Polytechnic with honours
I completed my bachelor's degree in Control in Technical Systems at Moscow Polytechnic and graduated with honours.
On 8 July 2026, I received my bachelor’s diploma from Moscow Polytechnic University.
I graduated with honours from the Electronic Control Systems profile within Control in Technical Systems.
The degree ended up being much broader for me than the programme title suggests. During those four years I worked with embedded control, automation, Linux infrastructure, engineering research, computer vision and project leadership.
City Farm was the first project where many of those areas started to connect. It later led to my bachelor’s thesis on monitoring aeroponic irrigation with computer vision and to the research work documented in Computer Vision for Aeroponic Irrigation Monitoring.
The graduation ceremony on 8 July was the first of the university’s 2026 graduation ceremonies and included honours graduates and students recognised for active university involvement.
The diploma marked the end of my bachelor’s studies, but not the end of the engineering direction I had developed through projects and research.
